Quinta Monroy is a 5,000 m2 multifamily affordable housing project in Iquique, Chile, designed by ELEMENTAL. Completed in 2003, the project consists of 93 homes and gained international attention for its incremental approach to housing. Each unit is a two-story structure equipped with the essential infrastructure of a home, leaving room for future expansion and customization by its residents.
